I'm Shefali, a qualified social worker with mental health expertise & your coach for navigating workplace challenges and building a personal life you love. I’m a Positive Psychology & Well-being Coach with a Master’s in Social Work. Inspired by a blend of personal experience, science backed methods and fascinating wisdom from wizards like Brené Brown, Martin Seligman, and more, I empower individuals and working professionals manage the stress of modern work life while creating space for personal clarity, emotional resilience, and meaningful growth.

I learned to pay attention to how I spoke—to others and myself. I anchored into things that sparked joy: music, movement, mindfulness, creativity, food, culture, connection, and curiosity.

 

Now, I guide others through that same transformation—helping you turn overwhelm into insight, self-doubt into strength, and uncertainty into purpose.
