Refund Policy

For 1:1 sessions, we offer a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a credit toward a future session at the same pricing.

 

For group studio sessions, we offer refunds if you cancel 1 week in advance. For last minute changes, You can receive a credit toward a future session at the same pricing.

For any changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
